The Art of Sweeping: Meditation and Cleaning
Join us the first Saturday of every month for 30 minutes of meditation, stretching, and soji (cleaning)!
Each month these special sessions will be lead by a different person. The meditation can take any form: sitting, moving, or guided (with or without music). The cleaning, too, can be a meditation. The purpose of the meditation is to reflect on the past week's chores, our priorities, our month, and quiet our minds.
